2026-27 School Year

Thank you for your interest in applying to the 2026-27 ARC Fellowship for Division Leaders. Our goal is to make this an immersive experience with peers from similar high-performing schools across the US. Our capacity is limited due to the intimate nature of our program and retreat site, and so we appreciate your taking the time to share with us a little about yourself below.

Summer Retreat at Bishop’s Ranch, Healdsburg, CA
Offline Experience - we encourage you to please leave your phone and laptop off and in your rooms; we will provide an emergency contact number for Bishop’s Ranch.

Two 2-hour online Forum sessions with your cohort (1x/month)

Celebration of Learning & Impact
Note: Each participant will provide a 5-minute presentation or creative expression of what they have learned over the year and how they imagine sharing this impact back in their school community.

5. Payment

The investment in the year-long ARC program includes the full summer retreat, including meals, accommodations, activities and materials. It also includes all online Forum sessions and platform access throughout the year, the mid-year community connection, and our end of year Celebration of Learning and Impact. The only costs not included are transportation to and from the summer retreat in Sonoma.

If accepted into the program, we will notify you to formally register and submit a school credit card for payment for the amount of $4,995. You may express interest in sharing a room for a reduced occupancy rate at that time.
